Colour oil painting of a mill on the banks of a river in the fall. It shows the river, trees and the mill. A low gabled building is seen from the back, next to which is the mill in two sections. The first section, on the left, has two floors of grey stone and a rusty gabled roof. The second section, on the right and attached to the first, has three floors and a dark grey gable roof. Behind the mill is a waterfall, a black railway bridge and more trees.
Black and white photograph of a two-storey house surrounded by trees in summer. It is made of grey brick with a large gallery. The upper storey has five windows with dark shutters and there are two chimneys on the roof. The side section of the house is slightly set back and has only one storey. Two women are standing in front of the side section, a man is sitting on the stairs and another is in the yard in front of the house. Below the photo, “The Priory” is written in black ink. The photograph is displayed in a simple narrow wooden frame with a white mat.
