The Dominion Metal Company was started by Myer Budovitch in 1904. He was joined by his son-in-law, William Kaplansky and grandson, Leonard Kaplansky. They handled all types of scrap metal and later expanded to handle cardboard and other waste material. This photograph was taken in the mid-1970s with Mayor Edis Flewelling, Richard Likely, Leonard Kaplansky, Thomas Higgins.
