Dr. Hilliard: This is Dr. Gray, Alice Gray, who’s in the lab teaching her students because we have classes of students who come. A technician’s job is one of the best jobs for young women. Excellent!
Interviewer: You do your own training right in the hospital?
Dr. Hilliard: We do our own training. We train them not only for our hospital but for other hospitals-
Dr. Hilliard: -and they have classes of ten, fifteen, twenty. And that’s Dr. Ritchie who is loaned to us by the Banting to help with our pathology department.
Interviewer: He’s the lone man, temporarily?
Dr. Hilliard: He’s a lone man, yes!
