The chef at the Neptune Restaurant on Mansfield Street in Montréal cooked only with fresh fish. His customers could pick what they wanted to eat right out of the restaurant’s fish tank. The restaurant had a specially designed truck for transporting live fish.
Eel and other species fished by Misaël and Rodrigue Labrecque of Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse were on the menu of this famous restaurant.
