In early 20th-century Montreal, women with pencils and paintbrushes mapped the human body—and their own place within medicine. Trained in medical illustration, they turned observation into art and art into understanding. Their work transformed how medicine was taught and seen, even as they fought for recognition in a world ruled by men. This exhibit celebrates their talent, courage, and lasting influence.
