In 1942, three American aviators died while on a mapping expedition just southeast of Quebec City, Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse.
This award was given by the city of Quebec to Mount Hermon Cemetery in 2012, in recognition of the excellent restoration of the lodge and receiving vault.
