Anne’s Final Days

Toward the end of Anne’s notes she wrote:

I never felt before that I was in the least likely to be permanently settled. Now… I think it is very possible that I may live and die where I am.

Last remaining black and white photo of Anne Langton doing needlepoint in her Toronto home. She is approximately 88 years of age.

Anne never married and died May 10, 1893 at 88 years old in Toronto.

She is buried in St. James’ The Less cemetery.  Her contribution to the life and times of Fenelon Falls is incalculable. She was a determined, talented and faithful Anglican.
