During the 1960s, Art Williams designed and manufactured state-of-the-art archery bows in his workshop near Ladysmith. His bows were widely known and respected. His competitors put him out of business by buying up all the required supplies. This led to Art’s shifting focus to the illegal manufacture of psychedelic drugs.
