The 1999 Quebec Games in Trois-Rivières

In preparation for the Quebec Games, which Trois-Rivières hosted in 1999, Le Nouvelliste published a special issue showcasing the Mauricie’s sports infrastructure as well as athletes from the region. The articles were written by Stéphan Frappier (the sports editor at the time), Guy Veillette, Martin Robert and Ann Boisvert. Boisvert was the only journalist to focus on local athletes.
