Picking with the family

On weekends from late summer through October, the orchards fill with pickers of all ages. Older adults can be heard recounting their childhood adventures among the fruit trees. They recall the delicious recipes their mothers cooked. Younger adults learn about this festive activity by listening to the stories of their elders.
