Delicious fruit in compotes and purées

All of the fruits that grow on orchard trees make delicious compotes and purées. However, fruits with softer flesh are more suitable for this purpose.

Of course there is, even though the texture is similar. Fruit purées are made from cooked and crushed fruit, with no added sugar. As for fruit compotes, they’re also made from cooked and crushed fruit, but sugar is added.
