[The music fades as Jean-François Ritt moves around.]
This tank is used to make the cider sparkle.

The cider will then carbonated in this tank to produce sparkling cider.

So, this tank is refrigerated with a refrigeration system.
Carbonization takes place on the other side. In fact, CO2 is injected into the tank,
[View of two carbon dioxide cylinders]
this will carbonate the product. Then, once the product is carbonated, after 24 hours,
[Jean-François Ritt stands near the bottling machine and then steps forward so as to position the bottles to be filled. Close-up of bottles being filled with cider.]
we’ll send it to the bottle filler, which is over there, which fills the bottles with carbonated cider. The bottles are corked, of course, once they are filled.
[View of two men working behind a machine that puts corks into the bottles of cider.]
And these bottles will be placed in wooden crates like this.
[Jean-Fançois Ritt points to a large wooden crate full of bottles.]
The bottles will be washed so that they’re clean. They’ll be left to dry.
[A woman sprays the bottles in the wooden crate with a garden hose.]
They’re then sent to the warehouse while waiting to be labelled and placed on shelves.
