Exert from deed conveying foundry and house property. John Stanford coveys and assigns unto the said Forman Hawboldt his heirs and assigns , all that piece of land situate in Chester, aforesaid, known as the mill property, containing two acres more or less, but subject to a right of way reserved by Robert Smith below the dam for himself to cross to his land and excepting the land owned by the Halifax and South Western Railway Company ( the house lot) and a piece of land in said Chester Town plot containing three acres more or less (the foundry land) excepting the water privileges owned by Hugh Stanford.
