Dandelion wine recipe

Dandelion Wine
4 cups of dandelion petals, thoroughly washed
4 pints of water
Boil 30 minutes and strain.
Pour the cooled dandelion juice into a plastic, glass or earthenware container and add the juice of 2 lemons, 4 pounds of sugar,
4 ounces of raisins and 1 envelope of yeast
Allow to ferment for 40 days, siphon and bottle.
