This poster for gargotte, a local specialty, and old-time contests was designed by Serge Villeneuve, a member of Publinfo and illustrator for the event. It announces that these two activities are presented by the Conseil 1813 of the Knights of Columbus, and that they will take place at Constantin Park at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday August 10 and Friday August 11.
