This documentary is about the last of the Veillées d’automne, a folk music festival held in Montréal from 1973 to 1975. The title of the film is La veillée des veillées, and it is subtitled: Si l’Acadie, la Bretagne, l’Irlande, la Louisiane et le Québec m’étaient contés… (If I were told the stories of Acadie, Brittany, Ireland, Louisiana and Québec). The documentary was directed by filmmaker Bernard Gosselin and produced by the National Film Board.
