The cover of an Icelandic-language pamphlet, published in 1900 with the support of the Canadian government, promoting Western Canada as an ideal settlement destination. Highlighting vast agricultural potential and free farmland, it sought to attract Icelandic immigrants with promises of opportunity and prosperity.
