An aerial view of the North Shore, extending almost to River John in the east, to Tatamagouche and on to Wallace in the west. South is New Annan and Earltown. The area is quite heavily forested today but there is still clear cutting. There are many acres of hay fields and neglected pasture. The beautiful shoreline is increasingly in private hands, some for summer cottages and others in well cared for homes.
