Immigrant from England
hanged at Hopewell Cape 1907
For the murder of Mary Ann
McAuley at New Ireland
Albert Co., N.B. R.I.P.

To this day, opinion is split over whether or not Tom was guilty. For his part, Tom went to his grave still professing his innocence.
