Noel Lake, Noel Creek, and Noel Mountain are named after the Noels for their contribution to building success in mining in Bralorne and Pioneer. Delina Noel is also recognized for her involvment in many Girl Guide and group organizations involving children. At seventy-eight she was to be presented the Governor General's medal for her contribution to the province, but was unable to attend due to her continued involvement in a mining project.
The well-known couple in the Lillooet and Bridge River mining communities are still remembered today but Delina C. Noel has been specially noted as the icon of the valley.
