Water and its use is one of the main heritage characteristics of Oliver and area. There have been both benefits and challenges as the community has grown and we have changed the pattern of water use flowing through the area. Central to the decisions we will make in the future is the security and upkeep of the Ditch. Concerns are just beginning to come forward in a major way. We will continue to be challenged with how our current decisions impact the future. |
