Stuart: Hooper's…well they had a store on two levels. The front was like you said, counter on both sides with chocolates and all their…they made their own candies, a lot of them, bulls-eyes for one. Do you know what a bulls-eye is? Well it's a thing about that square. Fairly good sized thing. Folded over and it had white or cream coloured stuff on the inside and it came out just as a long line across from corner to corner, like an eye. Made out of taffy and the inside part would be softer material. And uh, they'd last you for quite a while you know. They were noted for their bulls-eyes.
