TRANSCRIPT

Kids and school rinks

I lived on Tower Street, so...I would normally for instance, when I played hockey if we went early in the morning, Central [School] would be in the morning and when I went to Federal [School] that's where we played hockey so that was where I played hockey and we practiced there, because I played for the Federal Team and then because the Lion's [hockey team] I think was using the Central [rink], it was a different bunch of fellows and all the kids that we went to school with from Federal went to Central. So it, there was some good hockey players. I was never the best hockey player I was just a team player, I was just one of the guys there.
