Grimsby Park Company LimitedIn 1900 a new board of directors was chosen with Mr. W. C. Wilkinson of Toronto as president, replacing the late Noah Phelps. At this time the name was officially changed from the Ontario Methodist Camp Ground Company Limited to the Grimsby Park Company Limited. In 1905 financial difficulties began for Grimsby Park. Despite these difficulties, it continued to be a popular resort and by 1907 there were 180 cottages. The Grimsby Park Company Limited declared bankruptcy in 1908 and was managed by a trust company for the next two years.
