Robert: I remember Friday nights sometimes working and a lot of kids from Ennismore would come in about two minutes after midnight and order hot beef sandwiches because Friday was over and they could have all the meat they wanted. We use to hate that. We had to start making hot beef sandwiches and hamburgers and all those things after midnight. But we did. My dad finally got wise and started closing around ten or eleven and getting a more decent sleep.
