Barb: Well my sister was ten years older than I so she was out in the workforce and she came home one Saturday night with a pair of skates. And in those days you shopped Saturday nights. And the next day was Sunday and I started to go out and my father said 'You don't skate on Sunday'. Now when father went up to have his afternoon nap Lillian said 'Go on up to London Street and over a couple blocks and then try them out. Don't, don't use them around here'. So that's what I did. And I had fun.
