If you were a filler - operator, you weren't just watching the filling machine, you were also watching the capping machine, the machine feed the bottles and the coding equipment. You had to see whether any bottles were under - filled or if the line had to be stopped, or whatever. I think there were like ten different jobs in that position that you had to be in charge of, men have difficulty with that.
