'This is a picture dated August the 14th, 1959. It's in regards to our annual picnic at Richard Lake. Our police association always held an annual picnic for our children. Constable Roger Barkhouse is the police officer and he's with a small child, a member of one of the police officers and he's giving the little girl ice cream to eat. In fact, I even think that this is Roger Barkhouse's youngest daughter, Heather.'
