'I guess I'm strict with them because I don't want to see them on the opposity side of the law. So I don't let them get away with things some parents might let their kids get away with. It's harder for them but you're a police officer 24 hours a day, you get calls at home from friends, friends of friends for legal questions. That is your job as well as your lifestyle.'
