IIn 1907 the mill was sold to George McCormick ,whose family were still part owners in 1912 according to The Coquitlam Star. The mill was again sold to Tupper and Merrill George McAfee was Manager in 1912.

In 1910 the mill employed 200 people of various nationalities.
