In the Decca studios (London, England), Jacques Labrecque collaborated in producing recordings of Quebec songs, including some that he performed himself, others sung by Fernand Robidoux. Later on, Labrecque would create a series of records about the musical heritage of a number of the regions of Quebec, with accompanying high quality booklets.
