Pine View

The second one room country school built in the Caroline Alberta District.
The first Pine View School was built in 1908 on NW 19-34-4-W5 by Walter Gibb and some of the other neighbors. The first teacher was Harry Clark. In the 1930's this school was replaced with a new one. In 1952 another new school was built and this, too, was closed in 1956 and the children were taken by bus to the new school at Crammond. The second school was sold and moved 1 mile north of the Crammond school and became the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It remained a church for many years but has now been sold and is used as a residence.
