"Welcome To Arnprior" sign was on Daniel Street, where the Arnprior Motor Inn stands. The House visible behind the sign is still there today, as are the three white houses to the left, on the opposite side of Daniel Street.

Typical of embossed post cards dating to c. 1910. This card would have been purchased by the retailer with a blank sash and filled in with "Arnprior" before it was sold in the town.

Leather Postcards were popular forms of expression in the early 1900s. Generally made from deerskin, these postcards were decorated with the tip of a hot implement. The process was called pyrography and was a popular art form for middle class young women, normally found on wood and leather.
