Watson's MIll is a unique 19th century working grist mill, where stone-milled whole wheat flour has been produced since 1860. It is located on the shores of the Rideau River, a UNESCO designated World Heritage Site, in the Village of Manotick, Ontario.

The Mill is open daily to visitors, free of charge! But it is much more than just an old mill. Visitors can learn about the Mill itself, the milling process, the founding of Manotick and how it's founders played a role in the building of a country called Canada. Also, in addition to costumed interpreters who provide guided tours in both official languages, Watson's Mill has a thriving membership and volunteer program, with projects appealing to all ages. There is a full calendar of events lead by Mill staff and/or volunteers, as well as partner community groups. An interactive children's display and activities is always fun to check out and the super fun Mini-Wheats Summer Camp is quickly becoming a steeple event in Manotick. Because they are much attached to the site, community members can support the Mill by participating in the facility rental program for private events. Exhibitry addresses many themes pertinent to the industry of milling, both inside and outside of its stone walls. A travelling outreach program takes learning on the road. A souvenir may be purchased from the gift shop and there is always fresh flour for those who like to bake. Of course, because of its beautiful location, stunning architecture, mysterious history and link to A.Y.Jackson of the Group of Seven, Watson's Mill often attracts artists and photographers throughout the season.
