Watson's Mill staff spontaneously interviewed visitors throughout the season, to find out how they heard about the Mill, why they came to visit, what they enjoyed, what they would like to see in the future. The discussions were spur of the moment, dynamic and insightful. Although many were intimidated by our official recording of the comments, long-time community users responsded well to our activity. Overall, the collected testimonials were interesting and provided guidance for upcoming initiatives at the Mill.
