"Fine Country Kids" in Iceland
Derek - fourteen, Kendra - thirteen, Jenny - twelve years of age.
Quite an accomplishment for these talented singers from Riverton!
They spent time and entertained with the Selfoss Choir along with performing their own concerts while in Iceland.
Before they left, the choir held a reception and dinner for the kids with over two hundred people in attendance.

In recognition of celebrating "A Decade of Love", these musicians were asked to put a theme song together for Ronald McDonald House in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The music was written by Rod Palson and directed and produced by Wes Wilson and Dick Johnson.

These young performers entertained with great enthusiasm.
The "Musical Pals" performed at various locations such as Folklorama in Winnipeg and the Icelandic Festival in Gimli. They also played and sang for church functions,anniversaries, birthday parties and many other events. Christmas was their favorite time for performing.
They captured many a heart with their stage presence and manner.

They have worked in a Winnipeg studio and the Fine Country Folk Studio in Riverton, Manitoba.

They have spent time with studio producers and have been influenced by many musicians.

These young ladies have performed for many audiences. Their repertoire consists of English and Icelandic. They have studied music through the Royal Conservatory of Music for both theory and piano.

They also entertain instrumentally and accompany themselves.

Due to their studies and sports they have taken a short break from performing. They are now in the process of starting again.
