The central components to the exhibit were the six 'pods', each dealing with a different aspect of the Great Storm. Each pod had the same elements associated with them and consisted of a main display cube, two side panels and the shipping crate itself, which became the plinth for the display cube. The exhibit shipped with a binder detailing information about the exhibit's setup and takedown as well as information regarding each component of the display. Also included was general information about the Great Storm, facts pertaining to the ships lost and education programme materials for venues hosting school groups.
