Pipe Frames (Question 2 - What works by Jack Ray are you familiar with?)

"And I guess before that, when I was a younger guy, I was trying to buy a tent from Conklins. I'd gone to their warehouse which was in Brantford by the tracks there downtown. I'd seen all of those pipe frames stacked up, you know, bins of them. That's what they were using for those show fronts then were those pipe frames and they would put the frames together and the show fronts were panels, wooden panels. Usually what would happen they'd have hooks on the backs of those panels and they would hook over the backs of the pipe frames and make a whole front. Later on I realized that a lot of these things I was seeing in and around on the different midways that probably maybe Jack had designed them or made them."
