This is the North West corner of Yonge and Mulock in 1930. This was lot 96, a crown grant of 200 acres to Obadiah Rogers in 1835.

Lot 95 west was a 200 acre crown grant to Jas Rogers in 1884 and is now covered on the Yonge Street/Davis drive frontage by commercial buildings and behind by the Glenway subdivision.

And finally on another Rogers 200 acre crown grant lot 93 at the corner of Eagle and Yonge, now a major thoroughfare, stands the Region of York Law Courts. It also contained a short time ago the registry office for the Region of York a fitting tribute to the Rogers family who farmed and developed this land along Yonge street for the next generation.
