the Manitoba Agricultural
Museum at Austin, which
contains Canada's largest
collection of operating
vintage farm machinery from
1900 and beyond. The
collection includes over 500
implements as well as a late
19th century village composed
of 22 buildings including an
| 1883 school house, post
office, general store, log
houses, railway station and
elegant clapboard manor.
The years between 1880
and 1930 were years of major
changes in the settling of
the North Norfolk area and
massive changes in farming
practices prior to WW II,
| changes that are vividly
highlighted in this exhibit.
