ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTIONSWe had wonderful interviews with the descendants of some of the original families; Bill Neis, Robert Ripley, Marge Flewwelling, Chub Estell, and members of the Ray and Thomas families, Donna Jean Hauer, Iola E. Lutness and Guy Thomas.

Don Wilson, Roger Laforce, and Jim McKenzie were especially helpful with identification of equipment, eras, and memories of people and places.
