Another beautiful site of a Bald-Headed Eagle preparing for a landing, or maybe swooping down for a feed of Eulachon . Sometimes the eagles are so full from eating eulachons that they can not fly.

When you arrive at Knight Inlet it is a whole new world. It is like you have gone back in time. There are no phones, no electricity and no interferance from the outside world. The families that travel to Dzawadi each year look forward to this seclusion.

The work begins by mending the nets used to catch the eulachons. This type of net is most commonly used now and we call it a beach seine.
